李主任还说，随着社会观念的改变，男性不管自己婚前是否与其他女性有过性行为，却要求自己的妻子必须是”处女”，以新婚之夜是否”落红”来断定，甚至有些男人以此作为自己日后在外拈花惹草的借口，这对于女性是不公平的。而处女膜修复术在一定程度上恢复女性的自信和尊严，生活前途更加充满阳光。
